Valentine Getaway at the Middlebury Inn

Day 1

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery as we travel North to the Middlebury Inn. With stops for rest and lunch our arrival is scheduled for late afternoon. Upon check-in to the Middlebury Inn, we will settle into our rooms and enjoy dinner at the inn.

Day 2

After breakfast, we will depart for Thornapple Farm. Here we will enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride (weather dependent), so dress warm! Lunch will be included at a local restaurant followed by a guided factory tour at Vermont Teddy Bear. After, we will return to the inn to freshen up before our included dinner.

Day 3

This morning, after breakfast, we will tour one of the nation's oldest and best-preserved state capitols, the Capitol Building in Montpelier. Followed by a stop at Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks for a guided tour and tasting. Then, we are off to Cold Hollow Cider Mill where we will have lunch at The Apple Core Luncheonette. Dinner this evening is included at the inn.

Day 4

We will depart for home after breakfast. With stops for rest and lunch our arrival is scheduled for early evening.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Historically, daily seat rotation was practiced on most multi-day tours. We have suspended this practice for a period of time. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort if reinstated.
