Smoky Mountain New Year's Eve

Day 1

This morning we depart on our Smoky Mountain New Year's vacation! With stops for rest and lunch we'll arrive in Wytheville, VA, the location of our lodging this evening, by early evening. Dinner is at your leisure this evening.

Day 2

After a continental breakfast we depart for Asheville, NC. Upon arrival, we will have lunch on our own prior to visiting the Biltmore Estate. Included in today's visit is a winery tour, free time at Antler Hill Village, dinner at Stable Cafe, and a Candlelight Tour of the Biltmore Mansion! We will check-in to our hotel later this evening.

Day 3

A continental breakfast will again begin our day. We return to the Biltmore Estate for an audio daytime tour of the mansion. By mid-afternoon we depart Asheville, NC and travel to Pigeon Forge, TN, the location of our lodging for the next two evenings. Dinner and entertainment will be included at the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, where you're invited for a special reunion of the most famous fuedin' family in history! Whether you're a city folk or a country cuzin, you'll love the singing & dancing, jaw dropping stunts, and side-splitting comedy!

Day 4

After continental breakfast at the hotel, we will board the coach and head into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for a guided driving tour. Free time for lunch and shopping will be in Gatlinburg. This evening will include dinner and a New Year's Eve Celebration at Dolly Parton's Stampede.

Day 5

This morning after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, we will enjoy Pigeon Forge's family-friendly comedy show "A Tribute to Red Skelton". This show is a hilarious blast from the past, re-living the great memories of the "Golden Age of Television". Later, we depart for Wytheville, VA, the location of our lodging for this evening. A stop will be made enroute for lunch on our own. Dinner will be at your leisure after check-in.

Day 6

Retracing our first day's routing we will return home by early evening. Stops for rest and lunch will be made enroute.

Our intention is to run each tour as originally planned and published. However, if deemed necessary to do so, Perkiomen Tours reserves the right to make changes to tour components, schedules or itineraries without prior notification.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Historically, daily seat rotation was practiced on most multi-day tours. We have suspended this practice for a period of time. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort if reinstated.
