Phillies Spring Training Extended

Day 1

The Phillies are in camp under the warm Florida sun and we are on our way to join them. With stops for rest and lunch, our journey will bring us to our first night's lodging in Florence, SC. Dinner is at your leisure this evening.

Day 2

After an early morning breakfast, we will depart for Clearwater, FL, our home for the next thirteen nights. Tonight, we will be checking-in to the LaQuinta Inn, Clearwater. The next thirteen days will be devoted to baseball, fun and relaxation! Eleven major league games will be included (specific schedule to be determined).

Days 3 - 14

Although baseball is our primary reason for being here, optional additional activities during this tour will add to the enjoyment of our stay. (The optional activities and associated costs will be communicated closer to departure.) Each of these days will include a continental breakfast at the hotel.

Day 15

Before leaving the Clearwater area, we will catch our last exhibition game. Tonight's lodging will be in Ocala, FL. Dinner is at your leisure this evening.

Day 16

We'll have breakfast at the hotel before continuing our homeward journey. With stops for rest and lunch, we'll arrive to our overnight lodging in Fayetteville, NC.

Day 17

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll begin our journey home. With stops for rest and lunch, we'll arrive home by late afternoon, but the Phillies and warm weather won't be far behind.

Additional Tour Info

Because of the need to purchase game tickets, a deposit of $700 per person is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless optional Tour Protection is purchased.

This tour will depart on the first Phillies Spring Training trip and return on the second Phillies Spring Training trip. The coach and driver will change for the second half of the trip. The first coach will depart Clearwater on Saturday, March 13, 2027 and the second coach will arrive at approximately 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 14, 2027. You will not have bus transportation or activities planned for Sunday, March 14.

Please understand that the itinerary and scheduled activities may change depending on the final baseball schedule.

During this tour you will also enjoy two included dinners. The dates of those meals will be determined by the Drivers/Escorts during your tour.

Backpack or bag size limited to 16" x 16" x 8" to enter stadiums.
Most Major League Baseball stadiums are cashless. Please plan accordingly.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Historically, daily seat rotation was practiced on most multi-day tours. We have suspended this practice for a period of time. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort if reinstated.

To fully participate in this tour may require extended amounts of walking. There may be steps, inclines, uneven surfaces or extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitation should take this into consideration.
