Cape May Christmas

Day 1

We will arrive in Cape May in time for shopping and lunch on our own at the Washington Street Mall. We will then visit the 1879 Physick Estate, Cape May's only Victorian house museum. During the holiday season the Estate sparkles with Victorian Christmas decorations that will transport you into the Christmas past. After, we will check-in to our lodging at Congress Hall, America's first seaside resort. Established in 1816, this resort features the simple pleasures of the past with the modern luxuries that we enjoy today. After an included dinner at The Lobster House, we will ride through the historic streets of Cape May on a Holiday Lights Trolley tour. See festively decorated homes, shops, and inns as we listen to our guide tell stories of Christmas past.

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel we will have some free time to enjoy the resort's amenities or take a leisurely walk on the beach. After lunch on our own, we will depart for a Holiday Inns Tour. During our self-guided tour, you will see several of Cape May's finest bed & breakfast inns and private homes that are decorated for the holidays. A continuous trolley shuttle service will be available to take you to the next location. Following our tour, we will depart for home. Our arrival will be early evening.

Tips for Perkiomen motorcoach drivers and tour escorts are not included in the price of this tour. We feel that these gratuities should be extended on an individual basis and dictated by the level of service provided.

Motorcoach seating is assigned at the time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Although we do our best to keep each traveler in the seat assigned at the time of reservation, there are times that it is necessary to move seat locations. Please be sure to verify your final seat number(s) with your driver at the time of boarding. Historically, daily seat rotation was practiced on most multi-day tours. We have suspended this practice for a period of time. Seat rotation will be explained by your driver or tour escort if reinstated.

To fully participate in this tour may require extended amounts of walking. There may be steps, inclines, uneven surfaces or extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitation should take this into consideration.
