We will need at least the following information to get started. It's possible that additional details will be needed in order to provide an accurate quote.  If that is the case, we will be in touch.   

 

• Your first and last name

• Your contact information (email address and daytime telephone number)

• A brief description of your trip (wedding shuttle, dinner theatre, field trip, etc.)

• Type of group (church, school, family, athletic team, etc.)

• Estimated number of travelers

• Pick-up (departure) Date

• Pick-up time (specify if this time is when you'd like to be picked up or the time you'd like the motorcoach to arrive at the location).

• Is the service a one-way transfer or will your group be returning to the original pick-up point at the end of the trip?

• Destination location...a specific address, point of interest, etc

• Return Date

• Return Time (specify if this is the time you'd like to leave your destination to return home or the time you'd like to return to the original pick-up location)   

• Further Requirements such as specific events, attractions, meals, etc that you’d like to include in your trip, the amount of time you’d like to spend at your destination, etc.
