The afternoon, from 2:00 - 6:00 PM, will be free time for you to have dinner on your own and do as you please in Washington, DC.
Then it is time for our Monuments by Moonlight Cruise onboard The Harbour Belle. This fully narrated 90-minute River Tour will take you around the Parks, the Tidal Basin and, of course, the Famous Monuments. Included in the cruise will be cheese and crackers, soda, juice and water. Beer & wine are available on a cash basis.
