Tuesday, October 4
Some of the best scenery in the northeast is in the state of New Hampshire. Our fall foliage tour will surely show the beauty of the state. Our lodging for the next three evenings will be at The Margate Resort. We will enjoy a welcome reception upon arrival. Dinner will be included at the resort this evening. D

Wednesday, October 5
Following breakfast we are heading north, traveling through the beautiful Mt. Washington Valley. The first stop will be The Castle in the Clouds. Built in 1913 and originally known as Lucknow, this “castle” is an unusual example of Arts and Crafts architecture in New England. Enjoy breathtaking scenery looking down at Lake Winnipesaukee and tour the gift shop. Lunch will be on your own in the charming village of Wolfeboro. We will then head off to the M/S Mount Washington for a narrated cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee. Before returning to the resort we’ll stop at Kellerhaus where you can make your own sundae. Dinner this evening will be at Hart’s Turkey Farm. CB, D

Thursday, October 6
This morning after breakfast we’ll stop off at the White Mountain Visitor’s Center to see the exhibits of the White Mountains. We’ll then enjoy a scenic ride and lunch aboard the Hobo Railroad out of Lincoln. Then we’ll ride part of the way along the picturesque Kancamagus Scenic Byway making a photo stop along the way. Next we will ride to the top of the mountain for spectacular views aboard the Loon Gondola. Before returning to the resort, a stop at Pepi Hermann Crystal to learn about, and see, the hand cut crystal workshop, museum and gift shop. Dinner will be included at the resort his evening. Friday, October 7
This morning following breakfast we must depart for home with fond memories of our New Hampshire Fall getaway. Our return to Pennsburg will be this evening. CB
