We will have a deluxe continental breakfast at the Inn before departing for another full day of touring. Our sightseeing begins at Rock Estates, 1400 acres of conservation property owned by the Society for the Protection of NH Forests. Here we will learn about the habitats of bear, moose and deer in these New Hampshire woods. Lunch will be on your own at the Base Station of the Mount Washington Cog Railway. We will then board the world’s first Mountain Climbing Cog, climbing the highest peak in the northeast by train. Mt. Washington is known for the coldest weather and highest winds on record. (Availability is weather dependent, dress in layers, bring hat & gloves.) Dinner is included this evening. CB, D
