Monday, October 11
Enjoy the beautiful New England scenery as we travel northward to our destination in Killington, Vermont at the Snowed Inn. We are sure your three night stay here will be relaxing and memorable! D
Tuesday, October 12
After a continental breakfast we will depart with our local guide. On our way to the factory tour at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company, we’ll have a photo stop at Gorham Covered Bridge. Then it’s off to the Waybury Inn, Inn of the Bob Newhart Show, for a country inn luncheon. Following lunch we are off to Middlebury. We will see artisans at work at Danforth Pewter and discover the history and romance of this timeless metal. You can see how this Vermont company makes beautiful pewter products or shop and browse in the charming Middlebury Village. Then we’re off to the Dancing Cow Cheese Farm to learn how this family cares for their milk producing cows, to process their carefully handcrafted cheeses. We will be able to sample and purchase the cheeses named after dances. Dinner this evening will be at a Country Inn. CB, D
Wednesday, October 13
This morning after continental breakfast, our day of touring will begin with the interactive cooking Talk Show, “New England Cooks”. This show features a Vermont Chef who will entertain us in the kitchen with cooking tips and of course, the tastings! Lunch will be on your own followed by a visit to Morse Maple Sugar Farm. Here we will learn how Vermont maple syrup is made and taste the different grades. The last stop will be to taste and learn process of growing and roasting coffee from tree to cup at Green Mountain Coffee. Dinner will be included this evening. CB, D

Following breakfast, fond memories and autumn foliage will lead us home by late afternoon. B
