Please Note: If a race is postponed we will plan to stay (pending availability of lodging) as long as the race is rescheduled for not later than the following day. The price you paid includes 2 nights of lodging. Should it become necessary to stay an extra night the cost for the additional lodging will be your responsibility. The additional cost per room will be $112.00.

The Hampton Inn, Dublin, Virginia is approximately 2 hours away from the Bristol Motor Speedway. We stay at this location because of hotel availability and significantly higher prices as you get closer to Bristol.

You have purchased space on a Perkiomen retail tour. Drinking of alcoholic beverages and smoking while on the motorcoach is strictly prohibited on all Perkiomen retail tours. It is your responsibility to make sure that each person traveling in your party is aware of and in full compliance with this policy.

Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
