FIRST DAY
This morning we depart for a stop in Washington, DC. Here we will enjoy a luncheon cruise aboard the Odyssey. We will then continue with a short ride to Fredericksburg, VA. This evening we will enjoy a show at the Riverside Dinner Theatre. L, D

SECOND DAY
This morning after a continental breakfast at the hotel we will enjoy an Old Town Trolley ride. We will then meet our guide for various touring. We will enjoy a behind the scenes tour of Kenmore Plantation. Kenmore, one of the finest 18th century houses in Virginia, built by patriot Fielding Lewis for his wife Betty, the sister of George Washington. After time for lunch on our own we will enjoy Belmont and Gardens which is handsomely furnished with items collected during American artist Gari Melchers residence there. We will then have a tour and tasting at Hartwood Winery. After dinner at Truluv’s Restaurant we will enjoy a candlelight tour of the Rising Sun Tavern. CB, D

THIRD DAY
After another continental breakfast at the hotel we will depart for Richmond, Virginia where we will meet a guide for a historic tour. Lunch will be on our own in Shockoe Slip Historic District. We then enjoy a tour of Agecroft Hall’s house and gardens on the rolling banks of the James River. Dinner this evening will be enjoyed at the Tobacco Company Restaurant. CB, D

FOURTH DAY
Another continental breakfast starts our morning. We then check out and depart for Leesburg, Virginia. Upon arrival in Leesburg we will meet our step on guide for a tour of Oatlands Plantation. After our tour we will have free time in Leesburg for lunch prior to a tour and tasting at the Breaux Vineyard. We must depart for home now with many wonderful memories of our Virginia’s Gardens, Plantations and Wineries tour. CB
